Welcome to the Mid-Season 2017 GBDGA Team-Play Championship. We take a break from individual competition to partake in this team event.

Teams have been decided by current GBDGA Overall Standing ranks. Each team has the potential to earn top Overall Standings points, or could find them selves on the outside looking in. . How much will we see the standings be shaken up after this? Can Micah boost Mike out of the Toilet Bowl? Will Prof and Nico cook up the right chemistry? With Hammer Throws always an option, the wild cards, Tommy and David will definitely not disappoint, but will they bring the ice? We can be sure Paul and Batten will be sure to put on a show. With Doug and Dillon they are sure to put on some fireworks. Questions will be answered from the first tee off.

Overall Points are on the line and will be awarded in the following manner:

1st place team: 12 points each

2nd place team: 10 points each

3rd place team: 8 points each

4th place team: 6 points each

5th place team: 4 points each

6th place team: 2 points each

Rules are the same as 2016...Play will be in a 36 hole scramble format. A scramble is when each player throws from the same location, they then choose their best shot and each will throw again from there. Throughout each set of 18 holes, a minimum of 9 throws must be used of each team player. There are NO Beer-Chug Mulligans in this tournament. If you and your teammate are not capable of throwing a decent shot, that is too bad. All other tournament rules are still in effect. As always Drinking, Side bets and trash talking are strongly encouraged.

The 2017 GBDGA Team-Play Championship will be played at Triangle Sports Area in Green Bay, WI. Triangle is located on a ski hill with excellent elevation and terrain. Large mature trees on groomed landscape. Blind holes, hump shots, no water hazards.
Great facilities and good people.
