Pack up the shorts and sandals the 2016 season is about to start with an icy blast. The 2016 GBDGA Winter Championship marks the opening tournament of the 2016 GBDGA Season. Can Paul Fischer come out on top to defend his Overall League Play Title? Will Micah Wheeler get out of the Toilet Bowl? It all starts here. Drinking and trash talking are strongly encouraged, but remember season standing points and a championship trophy are on the line.
The 2016 GBDGA Winter Championship will be played at Fox River Park- Grey Fox Course in Silver Lake, WI. Established in 2010 Grey Fox is a Gently rolling, moderately wooded course in an awesome park. Some densely wooded holes and a few open holes, but all have some obstacles. Baskets #1 and #9 are visible to the north of the parking lot and #10 and #18 are visible to the south. Directions:
From I-94; Hwy 50 west 8.4 miles to a left at 256th Ave/Silver Lake Rd. Follow Silver Lake Rd. 1.8 miles. It turns slightly right and becomes 85th Pl/93rd St/Co Rd F. Go 2.4 miles to a left just before Hwy W.
