  Welcome to the Mid-Season 2016 GBDGA Team-Play Championship. We take a break from individual competition to partake in this team event.
  Teams have been decided by current GBDGA Overall Standing ranks.
Each team has the potential to earn top Overall Standings points but could also fall flat on their faces. Will   we see the standings be shaken up after this?
Andrew Carver has the potential to climb his way out of the Toilet Bowl and his teammate Paul Fischer can extend his Overall Points lead.
Will Tommy "Hammer Throw" Purdom widen the gap between himself and last place, while giving a positional boost to Micah Wheeler?
Expect to see David ""Spicy Weiner" Schneider and Doug Cassel prove themselves as a force to be reckoned with and make a push for victory.
Can Nico Baron and Zach Jarazcewski survive a full round as teammates, and string together 2 full rounds to give Nico his first win?
Overall Points are on the line and will be awarded in the following manner:
1st place team: 8 points each
2nd place team: 6 points each
3rd place team: 4 points each
4th place team: 2 points each
Play will be in a 36 hole scramble format. A scramble is when each player throws from the same location, they then choose their best shot and each will throw again from there. Throughout each set of 18 holes, a minimum of 9 throws must be used of each team player.
There are NO Beer-Chug Mulligans in this tournament. If you and your teammate are not capable of throwing a decent shot, that is too bad.
All other tournament rules are still in effect. As always Drinking, Side bets and trash talking are strongly encouraged.

The 2016 GBDGA Team-Play Championship will be played at Triangle Sports Area in Green Bay, WI. Triangle is located on a ski hill with excellent elevation and terrain. Large mature trees on groomed landscape. Blind holes, hump shots, no water hazards.
