Now at the end August, with only 2 official GBDGA tournaments remaining, we find ourselves at the helm of the GBDGA Masters. After an intriguing Founder’s Cup, this Masters is sure to bring sparks for the beginning of fall. Our players will find themselves playing the Pinecrest Disc Golf at Akzo Nobel Sports Complex as they chase the coveted GBDGA Green Jacket. Having not been won since 2010 by Micah Wheeler. Will he be able to hold on to his prized green jacket? Or will he be placing it on the back of an opponent? Will Nico Baron continue his hot streak to gain the hat trick for his third consecutive title? Will Zach Jarazcewski show his grit and win 3/4 of the past tournaments he’s participated in? Questions will be answered, but it is always guaranteed to be an amazing tournament.

Paul Fischer looks to thwart the competition to hang on to a lead, bringing him one step closer to a second consecutive Overall League Play Championship, with 8 large points on the line. As always drinking and trash talk are strongly encouraged.

Pinecrest Disc Golf at Akzo Nobel Sports Complex Offers several long open holes, a few wooded holes, and one bordered by a water hazard. Some fairways are well defined by the edge of the woods, while others are surrounded by tall prairie grasses. Moderate elevation changes require finesse.
