Spring is finally upon us and with one tournament completed and David Schneider emerging from the depths of accounting Hell we find ourselves at the helm of the Triple Crown. Composed of The Green Bay Open, The Founder's Cup, and the Master's l, history starts on April 30th. The Green Bay Open marks the fast paced middle to the GBDGA 2016 Season and the rise to eternal friendship greatness. As always drinking and trash talking are strongly encouraged however, Paul Fischer is currently leading in overall points with 11, the rest of the pack will be attempting to make up distance between themselves and the lead.

The Green Bay Open will be held at Legion Park in East De Pere. Established in 2014 the Legion Park Disc Golf Course is a short course that plays through a mix of young and mature trees. Composed of Dirt Tees this Moderately Flat course will provide opportunities for Players to gain confidence and play well. If the round runs late this course is extremely well lit so night frolfing will not be an issue. Good luck to all in the pursuit of the Green Bay Open and Triple Crown.

Directions:
From the South: I-43 North to Green Bay; take exit #180 for WI-172 (Austin Straubel Airport); in 4 miles take Webster Ave. exit; turn left on Webster Ave. and drive 2 miles; turn right on Charles St. Destination on left.

From the Fox Cities: US-41 North to Green Bay; take exit #163A (Main Ave./County Road G); right at the fork, take Main Ave./Cty G for 2 miles; slight right to South 6th, which turns into Reid St.; left on 3rd St. and continue on Main Ave.; cross the bridge and take the second exit from the roundabout for South Wisconsin St.; right on George St.; right on South Washington St.; left on Charles St. Destination on right.

As most players will be staying at their local residents those traveling from out of town can look to the locals for housing accommodations.
